If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted by us, and a binding contract formed, when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

• Payment Methods currently available: bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit/debit card (Stripe), Google Pay (Stripe wallet), Alipay / AlipayHK (Stripe, charged in HKD), and WeChat Pay (Stripe, charged in HKD).

• Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize us (via our third-party processors) to charge the full amount of your order. If payment authorization is denied, we will cancel your order.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipment method and your location. Shipping usually takes between 4 to 14 working days from the date the order is dispatched.

• Delivery Estimates: Any delivery dates or windows provided on the Site are estimates only and are not strict guarantees. We are not liable for unexpected delays caused by third-party logistics companies, customs clearance procedures, or forces beyond our reasonable control.

• Transfer of Risk and Title: Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier/courier.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Sender Address Requirement: Returns will only be accepted and processed if they are sent directly back to the original sender's address indicated on your shipping label or package documentation. We cannot accept returns sent to any other corporate or administrative addresses.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Refund Processing: Once your return is received at the correct sender address and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

• Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All content, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software on this Site are the property of One Step Consulting Limited or its content suppliers and are protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
