What is Bigprimeshop?

Bigprimeshop is an online shop. You choose a product, pay, and we send it to the address you give. The invoice is issued by ONE STEP CONSULTING LTD.

How do I create an account?

Open Register, fill in your name, e-mail and password, and accept the terms. You can also buy as a guest at checkout.

I forgot my password.

On the login page choose Forgot password and enter your e-mail. We send a link that works for one hour.

How can I pay?

At checkout you can pay by card, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, where that option is shown.

Is delivery free?

No. The delivery fee is shown at checkout, before you pay.

How do I follow a parcel?

When the parcel is handed to the carrier you get an e-mail. The tracking number is also under My orders.

Can I return an item?

You can withdraw within 14 days if the item comes back unused, as written in the terms.
