Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• Delivery Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery usually takes between 4 to 14 working days after dispatch.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our strict return requirements below:

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Strict Return Address Policy: Returns will ONLY be accepted if they are sent directly back to the original sender's address indicated on your shipping label or package documentation. Do not send returns to our corporate office address, as they cannot be processed there.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to Start a Return:

1. Contact our customer support team at office@bigprimeshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will verify your request and guide you on locating the correct sender address on your package.

3. Package your item securely and ship it back to the sender address.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment automatically.
